Hello and welcome to this week’s blog post. I know I am not alone in saying that quarantine is becoming hard to handle. I have ran out of things to do. I found small activities to conquer to waste time as well as people to spend time with. I hope you have enjoyed your quarantine more. Let me know below how you spent your time on the couch.
My productivity has stemmed from closet organizations, reading books, and doing household chores. I also got to paint our lid for our newly built outside fire pit. It was round so I took the opportunity to paint the Captain America shield. Why not? I also helped to paint my cousin’s as well and we painted the mind flayer drawing from Stranger Things. Productivity was very hard to find.
My streaming has mostly consisted of rewatches. I have rewatched Jane The Virgin, Grey’s Anatomy, The Office, and now I am rewatching Glee. I am finding all of these scenes in Glee that I either forgot about or completely missed. I always love watching this show over again. Streaming has become my main source of entertainment.
Our family time has been on overload due to me being stuck at the house without school and without a job, and my parents working from home. It’s been hard finding things to do once we got tired of playing Scrabble. Last week we turned to Disney+ and began a Marvel marathon. I discovered that they set up a “Marvel Through The Years” category and we finished up that marathon today with Avengers: Endgame and Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Staying In Touch
Last weekend I finally got to reconnect with my friends at Chili’s. It was so nice to hang out and catch up in a non-virtual setting. I have also been spending time with my cousins that live like one minute away. We have played Nintendo games, went on several car rides, and tried all of the Tik Tok challenges.
I hope you enjoyed this week’s post. My life during quarantine has been uneventful, but full of entertainment nonetheless. Be sure to like this post and follow my blog. Also be sure to leave a comment down below and let me know what you have been up to during self-quarantine.
